I think that state/federal medical benefits for pregnancy should cease after your third out-of-wedlock child. If you have a federal drug conviction, they should cease after the first.

Seriously, some 80 year old smoker has a heart attack and it’s attributed to smoking. The stats are so slanted, it’s pitiful.
