(yet they continued the assault, and emptied their magazines, KNOWING a woman and a child were inside?!?)
She woke her husband who had just gone to sleep after a 12 hour shift, and told him about the man outside with a gun.
KNOWING her relative was killed a year ago, about a mile away, in a home invasion, he put her and his son in a closet, and got his PISTOL.
(”small gun” according to her statement. her statements says she NEVER saw the “big gun”, the rifle, until a SWAT guy placed it next to her husband. ...and yes, initially her statement says “AK47”. but it was an AR15 that was planted. clearly she didn’t know about guns, and the AK47 was referring to the PISTOL. her later statements about “big” and “small” guns make this clear.)

On closer questioning, that officer told detectives, "…whether at that point he actually had raised the rifle up...I couldn't..."
The SWAT member holding the shield at the door said he saw a muzzle flash. The detective asks:
"Where was the muzzle flash?"
The shield holder replies: "Directed right towards us." Another Lie as there was no shooting by the Marine.
And the
team commander says, "Immediately I saw a muzzle flash and gunfire or heard gunfire." he went on to say that
Guerena "Raised the rifle and pointed it towards us and fired multiple times."
Do these cops lie like this in every case?
