This article is garbage. Some ‘ally’ of Thatcher makes a nasty comment about Palin and they write a news story about it. Besides, didn’t she already meet with Thatcher in 2010? I remember reading something about it.

This is probably a BS story....Palin was openly invited last year to meet Lady Thatcher. The liberal rags over in the UK are notoriously known to lie and make up things

Ah .... the infamous, cloaked, unnamed, unseen, anonymous "allies of former prime minister" said this.

I call B.S. Lady Thatcher would not say this, methinks.

“Allies of Margaret Thatcher” in other words, Maggie didn’t say any such thing. Her people did. Headline is misleading.

Not only would Lady Thatcher not say something so snippy, the media are a pack of chronic liars working as the propaganda arm of the DNC so we need look no further for explanation. ... Is it guillotine time yet?

Headline says Thatcher. First line says allies.

Considering the source, looks to me like the rag's trying to gin up a game of lets-you-and-him-fight.

In fact, Palin confirmed last week that she has plans to see Lady Thatcher next month, if she is well enough. So Palin must have solid info that she is indeed invited to see Thatcher, not a liberal rage with an anonymous source dissing her.

I don’t know who these supposed “allies” are, but I seriously doubt that Maggie has become a snob in her twilight years.

It seems that Sarah isn't universally admired in the UK.

It seems the concern troll is concerned.

The Brits have always thought the colonies are nuts.
Brits are so squirrelly that is all they can see.

Thatcher deserves better than this kind of reporting. She most certainly does not believe Sarah is a lightweight. She ought not be painted as less a lady she once was. Reagan, after all, remained a gentleman through the dark years of his dementia.

This is almost as priceless as Baba WaWa saying ... If Palin ‘can ride around on her bus,’ Weiner can stay in Congress!

Man, the PDS is strong in these ones! Sarah Palin truly lives "rent-free" in their heads.

Research is important.

Sarah Palin visiting Margaret Thatcher - 6/14/10

In a Facebook post scheduled to go up Monday, Palin writes: “I have received an invitation for a visit to London, and part of that invitation included the offer of arranging a meeting between myself and one of my political heroines, the ‘Iron Lady,’ Margaret Thatcher.”

This is what one ally tells me: "Lady Thatcher will not be seeing Sarah Palin. That would be belittling for Margaret. Sarah Palin is nuts."

Wait. What?

The headline said "Margaret Thatcher to Sarah Palin: don't bother dropping by."

But when I get in the article, there's an unnamed 'ally' that's saying it.

Oh, ok.

I am an ally of Anthony Weiner. He intends to resign today.....Okay, now I'm waiting for the Guardian headline.... Anthony Weiner: I will resign today.

It seems that Sarah isn't universally admired in the UK.

Certainly not by the Communists at the Guardian.

Baroness Thatcher was to attend a party in honor of her 85th birthday to be given by the new prime minister back in 2010. She had to pull out for health reasons and actually went into the hospital for a short stay. She also was invited to the recent William and Kate bash, but declined to attend.

There are rumors about the poor state of her health and one has to wonder if she will make it to the unveiling of the Ronald Reagan statue on July 4. I suspect that health reasons, not her attitude toward Sarah Palin, are the reason she does not meet with the latter, if it turns out that way. Of course the Communist press would love to portray that as a snub to Sarah, due to the universal leftist Palin hatred.

I agree, that’s why I was so disappointed when I had great expectations of moving there and enjoying a new life. I couldn’t stand it for more than nine months and left my job just to get away from the insanity of British cultural and social ridiculousness.
