Not the way to win over the conservative base. Bad start for Rollins. Bachmann will need to repudiate these statements or she may be done. This is not too far from the Newt ‘right wing’ talking points that sunk him out of the gate.

How would somebody like Rollins know what appeals to conservatives?

I'd like to hear Bachmann say that she "refudiates" the comments from Rollins and does her best to follow all ten of God's commandments plus Ronald Reagan's:

"Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican". If she's criticized for speaking honestly about Romney after that, she should remind people that Reagan was talking about Republicans, not RINOs.

Palin and Bachmann (and Cain and DeMint) should talk each other up, not tear each other down.

I had been very favorable toward Bachman, but this is bad. Recently Herman Cain made a negative comment about Bachman. We have some great conservatives in the race, but these people had better start obeying the 11th commandment. They should concentrate all their fire on 0bama and the Demonrats, and let the electorate decide who is best at that.
