Why is he pulling it out (yikes) on a shock jock radio program anyway? Why is it still on his phone? Why show it at this point?
Doesn’t make sense that he wasn’t aware someone had taken that picture.
Oh well. My feeling is he puts his neck on the line like no other, and this story would have been buried if not for him - but sometimes he comes off like a big kid that deep down knows better.

—I hear what you’re saying, and obviously I can’t speak for somebody else- but I think Ed Morrisey at Hot Air has a reasonable take on what Breitbart was thinking:
“Gawker blames Breitbart for showing off as well, but Breitbart tells Fox that he kept it to prove to other reporters that he wasnt bluffing. Both takes are plausible, and whether you believe one or the other probably relates to how you feel about Andrew Breitbart himself. Im inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, especially after all the ridiculous attacks he took in the first few days of the scandal. Id want to make sure that reporters knew I was telling the truth in that situation as well and if that also meant at least a subtle bit of gloating went along with the defense, its hard to blame him.”

—I guess the question is how serious is Breitbart when he says “breach of contract”, right? Does he mean it in a legal sense?
