BUT, why wasn’t the JURY present during this testimony?
The court is going to determine whether the photos will prejudice the jury.
They didn’t show it to the general public.Only those present in the courtroom.
“Chief Judge Belvin Perry warned the jury that it would see graphic pictures this morning.”
The jury saw the pix and heard the testimony. The weren’t there when Anthony left and then returned to the court room having used up her one kleenex.
I watched it, and may have the timeline off, but I thought the jury saw the testimony, but they had a recess, and it was during/after the recess, that Casey became “ill.”
