If the race of all perpetrators was printed the public would become aware of the outrageously high percentage of blacks involved in crime. Can’t have that. It’s racist.
Where I live there is a large democrat population. There are crime reports of recent crimes that avoid mentioning race. “Be on the lookout for 2 six foot males on foot last seen...”
Is it worth endangering the public to please the PC watchers?
Don’t we need to know relevant information to protect ourselves?
Might a witness come forward if they had basic identifying description?
When the criminals are real close to 100% members of one race, that should be considered relevant. It should scream out, "Hey, there's a problem here!"
Translation - we only reference race when a whitey does it.
I have also pointed out that they would share some blame were I to put two in the chest of some poor black man seeking directions at a traffic light and they had failed to tell me the current rash of car jackings was being perpetrated by Asian dwarfs.....

I’ve not followed this story at all, but just reading the Chicago Jokeume’s article told me all I need to know about the race of the perps.

Since Obama can claim to be “Black” I would imagine there has been enough interbreeding that they can claim “White” or “Hispanic”, etc., as the race of the perpetrators.

I really don’t get it, most of the time the victims of black criminals are other blacks.

Race is always relevant. If ninety percent of crime and mob muggings are done by blacks and illegals, that is news and needs to be reported.
When the Left describes social disfunction nothing could be more important to them than “race”, when anyone not considered “elite” describes social disfunction our “elite” go into a hateful panic. This happens quite frequently in Dallas. A detailed description of what the perp(s) was wearing, weapon and car description, but no description of ethnicity. Giving out the perp(s) race is not racist, it is simply giving the public another piece of valuable information.
They claim it’s not relevant. Let’s say ALL the perps are black, and I am walking down the street in Chicago. Maybe it’s relevant to ME if I see a group of 15 black “yutes” walking toward me, as opposed to a group of Poles.
