I know its been said but I'll say it again. This was an operation to blame killings and shootings in Mexico and here on “irresponsible” gun dealers and the lack of “sensible” gun control.

I want to see the timeline. The administration was conferring with the Mexican govt’ on ways to keep guns from coming from the US to Mexico. Including, if I remember, putting onerious restrictions on dealers close to the border.

Absolutely correct - Gunrunner was a plan to get guns bought in American gun stores in the hands of violent Drug Cartels to to manufacture a pretext for implementing the Obama administration's parallel agenda using executive administration power to further it's gun control agenda.

It's all part of Obama’s behind the scenes work to by pass Congress and weave a regulatory web of new gun control provisions.
