The recipients are not going to want wild goose. That is a far cry from chicken nuggets. Seriously, goose, particularly wild goose, does not appeal to most people used to bland, generic processed food.

Tough.

It's free.

If they don't like it, they can get off their collective ass, earn some money, and buy themselves food more to their liking.

Or they can learn to eat goose.

I don’t think they have as strong a taste as turkey. Used to get several every year. Odd note;
I have a green Highlander. The geese don’t fear it. They step in front of it and refuse to move. But last winter, I drove towards them with the front of my car covered in nice white snow. They freaked out, and couldn’t get airborne fast enough! Musta thought my car was a polar bear or white fox. Big green, moving things don’t seem to register with their genes.
