Economic pressures and advances in treatment have long been forcing things in that direction — shorter hospitalizations, more intensive home care. Surgeons don’t do house calls for heart transplants yet, but wait....
Yeah, as if it were any huge obstacle (short of a ban on abortions) for independent abortion facilities to pop up next to the hospital. You’d think abortion “entrepreneurs” would be cheering for all manner of Christian hospitals that don’t do abortion, etc. in house.
No matter what Congress and the Courts do, the Constitution is still there. They can declare down to be up, up to be down, all they wish, but the Constitution still means what it says, not necessarily what blackrobes says it means.

They already do fear. Even at my local village meeting there’s an armed cop. It started just about 3 years ago. They know, but they think they can manage it.
You’re comment reminded me of this:
Men that are above all fear soon grow above all shame. - Cato’s Letters
Fear is a good thing.
Your comment, not you are comment. Sorry - typing faster than I think.
He contrasted that with America. There was no need for soldiers because we had ordered liberty and government did not fear the citizen.
Now, my state DEP packs heat. The Dept of Education has swat teams. TSA. I have to pass a metal detector to attend a county commissioner's meeting . . .
“What a government loses in moral authority will be compensated with force.” Me.
I agree. Special memories of when relatives have been cared for there.
