I think the owner did a fine job controlling Hooter from coming onto his property and attacking his dog ever again.

The fact that he invaded a neighbor’s property to seize and execute Hooter does not bode well for him legally. I might cut him some slack had Hooter been a boy caught humping his daughter.

And I hope he pays a stiff price for taking the law into his own hands and destroying someone elses property.
