Pedantry is not attractive. Most attornies would agree with MB’s phraseology. To me, it matters not even a tittle.

Would they? I don’t know frankly. Wiki doesn’t and while that is not an authoritative source, its “crowd sourcing” nature would imply that most attorneys would not.
Again, I don’t think she needs to pad her resume. She should simply refer to it as a “post-graduate” degree and let it go at that.
