Really? Where did I say that?
I’ve never heard any lawyer refer to themselves as having a “doctorate”.
So, you don't get out much. Many times I have heard that.
My point, again, is that she leaves her open to the charge of resume padding.
No. Not even a little. She would be guilty of that if she claimed that she had a degree that she did NOT have. To call the degree she got AFTER she got her Doctor of Laws a "post doctoral degree" is simply factual.

I’m the pendant here and I say that a degree gotten after even a real doctorate isn’t a “post-doctoral” degree. That is unless it is one of those super PhD’s awarded in Russia but that is overly pedantic even for me.
