Read Thomas’ opinion. He disagrees, and I think he is right on the money. The ruling gives children First Amendment rights that are apart from their parents. I’m sorry that you don’t see able to understand that.
You who insist on denying the People their right to representation while using personal freedom as a rouse for creating totalitarian rule. You are showing yourself to agree with a ruling that declares that the Poeple have no right to representation within their state.
As I said before there are plenty of countries that deny people any right to representation within their communities. Why don’t you go move to one since you prefer that type of state.

Yes, and this is a travesty. The ruling says that children have the First Amendment right to purchase such materials. If you think that its good that kids have THE RIGHT to any materials that are protected, then all I can say is that I disagree. And I’m not even respectful about it. I find that opinion excreble.
Next we lose the right to representation on laws prohibiting pornography to children.
Next we lose the right to representation on laws prohibiting alcohol and drugs to children.
Next we lose the right to representation on making laws prohibiting sexual relations with children (the age of consent).
This tyrannical ruling sets the stage for all of that. It is an activist ruling that takes away our right to representation.

There is a rich history of community standards and laws supported by the Framers yet you don’t like majority rule and so you want to impose your libertarian hippie anarchism through a dictate by the Court.
