Bogus Obama document 'bigger than Watergate'

A retired U.S. military commander who brought a court challenge to Barack Obama's tenure in the Oval Office says the mounting evidence indicating the "Certificate of Live Birth" he released in April is fake should shock the American public.

"If everyone was intellectually honest, they would admit those images put on the Internet are forgeries," said CDR Charles Kerchner, whose lawsuit that alleged Congress failed in its constitutional duty to make sure the man elected president was eligible for the office, was turned down by the U.S. Supreme Court.

He cited the work released this week by longtime Adobe software book author and computer expert Mara Zebest.

Her detailed report explains how the document released in April by Obama as a copy of his original birth certificate isn't even a good forgery.

"This is a 100 times worse situation in that it is not just a crime of some plumbers breaking into an opponent's office, this is a crime against the Constitution and all the people of the Untied States. Obama is not who he says he is. These are forged documents on government property. Before it was a campaign website, now these are government websites," Kerchner told WND today.

Joseph Farah, publisher of WND books, who held a news conference featuring Zebest's research this week at the National Press Club with Jerome Corsi, author of "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President," agreed.

"This is bigger than Watergate," he said after the news conference where it was announced that a lawsuit had been filed against Esquire magazine over its faked "report" that falsely claimed the Corsi book was withdrawn.

Obama didn't “win” this. He took advantage of a moral rot that has been growing for a LONG time! All of the following **chose** to remain silent.

Every federal and state legislator, all prosecuting attorney, all state attornyes general, all secretaries of state, every governor, all the people in every law enforcement agency, every member of the electoral college, Bush and Cheney, Mc Cain, all of the Supreme Court justices, all judges, the entire mainstream media ( conservative and Marxist), and the military.

Personally....The most disappointing was our very highest military, (the guys with the maximum brass) and our most mainstream conservative media. Gee!! I trusted these guys! ( Silly me!)

I had the privilege of meeting him at the FR 9/12 Tea Party Convention. You're geographically close enough to DC. Were you there? What do you think you know better than he does now that he's serving in Congress and "participates," as you say?

Some around here just don't know how to play the game to get our ball moving our ball down the field.

Playing passive aggressive won't win any points. Would love to see any of Allan's purist detractors serve in Congress like he is, carry a message like he is, and stand as proudly as he does for our principles. You can't stand there in the well of the chamber if you don't "participate."

Still there are some who will never be satisfied, and the defeatist wailing of posters like crazydad are about as valuable around here as Tokyo Rose was back in WWII.

I don’t know. I could not understand the hysteria over the O.J. trial. I find myself switching channels whenever the channel I am watching starts talking about Casey Anthony.

I am just expressing frustration with our media (Conservative and Liberal), our military who are sworn to uphold the constitution not the MAN in the White House. But they all turn a blind eye. Where will they stand if shooting did start? I know alot of the men in uniform will never shoot at American citizens. But what will the brass do? It is legit concerns. Speaking the truth.

I guess you couldn't tell that when I said, "Even, Allan West," it was out of respect that I did so.

But I'm so tired of hearing that all of these folks who get to Washington somehow know things we don't know. What I know is that Obama is a common grifter who has made sufficient mistakes that make this obvious to anyone who cares. I'm not interested in game players who "move the ball" but in reality are little more than rubber stamps for the declining status quo. I'm interested in exposing the fraud, and ripping the wires out of the socialist machine that is undermining our country.

I wasn't in DC last fall. But it wasn't the first FR event of its kind as you seem to want to imply. I believe the first one was on October 31, 1998 at the Washington Monument. I was there.

Since we are here to share our opinions, thoughts and arguments,expressing ourselves in the manner in which is most worthy of our cause, what we do here, what we ‘contribute’ here, better be more rational and productive with regard to it.

If what we input is consistently emotive and negative, those who are trying to be productive will only be burdened with that much more interference.

It really parallels with the dichotomy of the socialist palm outstretched/waiting for others expectation vs. the troubleshooting can do entrepreneurial approach to problems/questions. One approach propels us forward and the other only stymies and stunts our potential.

Unless or until the evidence “shocks” the Lame-Stream, State-run Media (which by the way, it does not and will not),it does not matter. The media has the “move on folks, nothing more to see here” attitude. Our Republican-controlled U.S. House could care less. The U.S. Senate is a lost cause. No Federal Prosecutor to investigate the issue. So the entire issue is DOA. I wish it were not true, but is is a dead issue.
