U.S. forces are still flying hundreds of bombing raids over Libya even though the Obama administration claims that American armed forces are only playing a limited role in the conflict.
Since NATO’s Operation Unified Protector took over from the American-led Operation Odyssey Dawn on 31 March, the U.S. has flown hundreds of strike missions, according to United States Africa Command (AFRICOM).
The White House originally claimed that U.S. planes were mostly providing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and played down the number of bombing raids.
However AFRICOM spokeswoman Nicole Dalrymple said: 'U.S. aircraft continue to fly support missions, as well as strike sorties under NATO tasking.

Okay just to be cap'n obvious for the day, anyone else feel the "news' on TV and even the radio is just entertainment sound bytes? There's no real news even in newspapers, the weekly maggotzines have been socialized years ago and one must look far and wide( unless a FReeper, reads Malkin, and some other sites) for any hard news. If anything shows me our first amendment rights are being ****ed with it's this, the general populace is being mezmerized by nothing BS while our politicians are rearranging the furniture on the Titanic. And anyone that makes a little noise9 like Briebart[sp?] or Beck or Palin etc) gets tagged as a a conservative extremist. Okay turning the whining off, back to baseball because this whole Libyan affair is as aggravating as a tse tse fly.
After all, Libya is a bigger threat to us than you, especially with the news of Sudan being on the move again.
True. No one is screaming about trying to find "moderate' Taliban, and the guise of dealing with the M-Bhood. This is like America allying itself with Adolf Hitler and promoting the gas chambers and murder trains while the president thinks he's fooling us little stupid masses with our stupid out dated constitution stating he's with the Jews. You cannot be for both, jesus said this, all leaders know this down to us lil people who KNOW you can't buy Made in China" while saying you support the American economy, but we all do. Morality and this government lying to us has gone beyond control. I wonder if there's a list of ALl Soro's, M-Bhood and other organizations that have bonded to take down America. It would be nice to try to boycoott all of them or at least know where/who they are. ACORN still has roots and the rest, gads it's seemingly impossible to smash all the rabbits.

The GOP is Democrat light. The new guys we elected this year are trying, but the old suck butt RINO’s run things, and they cannot get their lips off Democrat butts.
A friend of mine just got back flying refueling missions for this. He said it was a waste of time and cash. He didnt gas up any US planes but he did NATO and some other countries.
Half way thru his tour, NATO ran out of cash and the USA ended up paying for it.
I now eat my words for any time in the past I’ve mocked a conspiracy theory. I personally apologize to any Freeper I might have teased about New World Orders, Bilderberg, Clinton “wagging the dog” with Kosovo, US collusion with terrorist states, homosexual infiltration of the UN, homosexual and communist infiltration of the school system, the Illuminati, Masons undermining the Catholic Church, and billionaires like George Soros telling world leaders what to do.
The increasingly brazen actions of the golf-playing Puppet suddenly put all these things in a new and amazingly logical light. I think we are doomed.
Those aren’t “bombing raids”. In Obama-speak, those are “chemical energy delivery operations”.
The ‘war’ in Libya is not about humanitarian causes or ‘ousting’ Ghaddafi.
It’s about the money. Billions of dollars in gold, controlled by whomever is the current LEADER of the country.
Plenty of wealthy politicians, corporate heads, and corporations have their personal MONEY stashed in the National Libyan Bank, avoiding taxes.
CITICORP is one of the biggest. It’s all about determining who is in control of THEIR money.
For those who believe otherwise, I would ask them to explain why, when this ‘action’ first occurred, the first thing the NEW GOVERNMENT established was a..... bank.
Thus is criminally unconstitutional.We are bombing the nation of an ally.We are supporting the Muslim brotherhood.
Obama must be impeached.Now is the time.Where is the GOP??
Before all of this the Muslim Brotherhood was checked by Gadaffi,the water front of Tripoli was in a construction boom, now its just smoking ruins.Obama should be leashed and walked out of the White House like a dog.

I hate to have to tell you what everyone knows. Obama is preparing Libya for takeover by the Muslim Brotherhood. Its that simple.
Wow. But with the current chaos going on there, wouldn’t Ghaddafi have moved quickly, with his loyalists, as soon as it was clear the US/NATO was moving to get rid of him, to get money out of the bank? It’s his country, he knows where to hide it. Especially if you’re talking GOLD. Or are you saying it’s possibly already been set up in the “new” bank?
And, if you might have a thought on this, why wouldn’t we have done this sooner, in any number of previous administrations? The banks and the politicians were just as greedy in those days. (?)

When the counter attack comes, Obama will be very sorry.
He doesn’t know it, but he is at war and there is grave personal risk. He killed Gadaffi’s child and grandkids.
He also pissed off Louis Farrakhan, and we all know what happened to the last black Muslim that pissed off Farrakhan, 'Detroit Red', aka Malcolm X.
The fact that people who could not previously believe the conspiracy theories about evil people planning to destroy our freedom are now finding such things totally believable is why I think we are NOT doomed.
At least not yet. It all depends on how quickly and how many people see the real picture and the golf-playing Puppet becomes more brazen every day!
