If a murder case is extremely high profile and the defendant is either a celebrity (O.J.) or a pretty girl (Casey), acquittal is the likely result.
So, we have an OJ situation.
The jury finds her “not guilty,” but the vast majority of people will never believe it.

If Casey had murdered her daughter 30 months earlier, like thousands do every day, she would never have seen the inside of a courtroom.
This is only one small consequence of a much larger problem.
Are you calling this group here a lynch mob? Didn’t just hear Rush Limbaugh? They may be driven into a frenzy by the Justice-as-frenzy-drivers like Nancy Grace, but they wouldn’t riot or commit mayhem.
That is a real positive. A good thing.
As to this trial: No Justice served by any trial that continues on the Sabbath, both the Christian and Jewish ones. As the Founding Fathers said of their cause in that document we celebrate on the 4th of July: “Appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions”.
The Court and frenzy-driving media in this sad case IGNORED respect for the “Supreme Judge of the world”.
That’s clue as to what justice comes as fruit of such a disrespectful process.
The Anthonys will very shortly have their daughter back. They deserve each other.

Many attorneys and officials are simply stunned Casey will walk...they say she could be out by this Thursday.
