The whole molestation defense is ridiculous! I was (sad to say) molested as a child, and yet I am not a cold blooded maniac that would not shed a tear if one of my 3 daughter's ended up dead! I can't believe that they are using her father “supposedly” molesting her to defend her coldness during the “partying period”. There never was, nor will there ever be an excuse for that behavior!
The defense never proved sexual abuse, either. In fact, aside from opening arguments, never even broached the subject. The prosecution had to ask George Anthony if he had. Then Baez questioned on redirect, because he *had* to, IMO.
I’m still floored by this verdict. At least skanks 15 mins of fame are about up.
And regardless of his victory in this case, I think Baez is pretty inept. I wouldn’t hire him to represent me in traffic court.
I am really sorry for what happened to you as a child..it is disgusting how the defense took the horrors of sexual abuse and twisted it to work in Casey’s favor. I don’t believe for one second that she was molested as a child..her parents are very strict, but George is NO pedophile..Casey is a sociopath, and now free to walk the streets..little Caylee won’t get justice now, neither did Ron and Nicole, but eventually they did get justice as OJ is exactly where he needs to be, karma got him, not right away but it happened..and it will happen with Casey too..karma WILL bite her in the ass sooner or later
