Removing parental control over what a minor can purchase is like laws banning hate speech in adults?
No one removed parental controls; they removed government controls. Parents have any control they want to take over their own kids. And they should exercise that control. Parents can find information on any video game their kid want them to buy. My kids did not have time to sit in front of the TV watching or playing games when they were young. We were busy.
