I thought I caught the end of a report on FOX this AM that he is now blaming the DOJ for the whole fiasco. I hope you are right and that it does not get swept under the rug!
So, was the Arizona US Attorney’s office talking to the Washington office about this? or do they always do things on their own?
Sounds like Melson is not volunteering to dive under the DOJ bus and “take one for the team.”
Melson was intimately familiar with the Fast and Furious operation. He knew the names of every agent involved and watched sales go down on closed circuit broadcasts. But now he claims ignorance!!!
So spill your guts to the congressional hearings and let the chips fall as they should.Free yourself and confess.
