There are more than 12% of sports reporters who are Black. Are they thus overrepresented on ESPN? How about looking at the audience for CNN. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Of those who have it on at home, how many are Black? Bet not many at all. So why should CNN cater to a non existing audience demographic.
