The reason he doesn’t move is they make a %$#@load of money in those stores. They sell a ton of smokes, blunts, 40’s, sodas and bust-opens.
They are just feeding that entitlement attitude with the welfare. I consider welfare a soft form of war to destroy the humanity of human beings and turn them into dependent animals.

not only are they serving breakfast and lunch (been doing that a long time in TX) they are serving dinner and in some cases serving the meals during the summer and on weekends.

This is not the good part of Dallas (not that there is a good part of Dallas).
There is a solution to this. I used to see signs posted in certain stores: “Shotgun Guards on Duty!” The store needs not only the sign, but the guards. It would be cheaper than being a perpetual victim.
