Casey Anthony has been released from a Florida jail, 12 days after she was acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter.
Anthony got into an SUV after leaving the Orange County Jail in Orlando early Sunday morning, leaving in the company of her attorney Jose Baez.

Our baby, our youngest, was very sick this week. She’s finally on the mend and we thank God that she’s better. But I was beside myself when she was so sick. Worried to death, didn’t sleep for almost two days, couldn’t eat or even drink. All I could think of was our child.
Mothers become single minded when it comes to their children. That, in my estimation, is how mothers should be, and that is what I see as normal. To have a missing child is just beyond imagining. Not much could be worse. And yet, she partied with a missing baby.
So, she is no one I would ever want to know or associate with, and at the end of the day, I absolutely don’t “get” what she most probably did, or what they proved she did (partied the nights away with the baby missing). Everything about her is foreign to me and would be to most women.
But the decision the jury was asked to make was whether or not she killed someone, not whether she is a strange, bad person.
That’s why the jurors have such a terrible job. Someone will always criticize them and think they were wrong.
But I think they did the very best they could with what they had. I hope that they can move on from this. It would be a shame if they couldn’t.
Also, the foreman said that since she was a pathological liar before Caylee went missing, the lies she told around that time did not mean very much!!!!
That reasoning defies all logic. Seriously? Incredible.
She is a serial killer’s wet dream.

WHY is it that people want to defend this jury? This scares me. Juries are made up of human beings who make errors in judgment everyday. Look how half of the country votes for crying out loud. If we can NEVER question a jury, then we have lost control over OUR system.

Yep. He told Greta VanSusteren she had lied about Zanny long before Caylee went missing and about a lot of other things so they did not see her lies reflecting on guilt of a murder therefore!
She will never be free, she will forever be looking over her shoulder, jumping at any loud popping sound, hear noises during the darkness, unable to trust anyone, friendless and forever living in fear.
What a great life she has to look forward to and so deserving.

If Casey or any of the Anthonys or any of the jury are killed or harmned, their blood will be on the hands of CNN HLN and their lynch mob panels for whipping up the public into a lynch mob mentality.
They tried, convicted and sentenced Casey to death long before the trial began.
The prosecution did not prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Get over it.

Let me guess. I didn’t follow the trial, but this sounds like a lib that works in education to me. That’s the kind of thing that passes for ‘critical thought’ in school today.
I defend this jury and would defend any jury. These people put their lives on hold and served a thankless job so that a piece of trash could have a fair shake, knowing that people who were not there would call them names and impugn their character.
You watched the trial, but you were NOT in the jury box. You saw things and heard things that they did not see or hear. You heard opinions which were not presented at trial. They did not.
The jury could only decide based on what they saw and they were allowed to throw out things which they did not believe. They were allowed to weigh the evidence and decide what seemed to fit.
The jury was allowed to consider that the police could have had the baby's body in August back when it had tissue on it, but they said that they were too busy, in their own words, to look. They are allowed to consider that, especially in light of the fact that they knew in August that they were missing a baby, and that the place they were asked to look was near the baby's family home. But they didn't get around to actually looking until December, and lo and behold, there it was.
See, when the police or the prosecution makes a massive mistake, as they did, the benefit of the doubt goes to the accused. Not to the state. Those are the rules the jury follows.
Thankfully, though, if you think that the jury did such a poor job and you find yourself not trusting juries, there is a perfect solution for you and yours:
If you or friend or family member ever needs a criminal trial, give up the jury option and put your life in the judge's hands.
If it ever happens, I pray that the outcome meets your expectations. When I see those cases in the news, they almost always meet mine, which is why I would demand a jury.
