Casey Anthony has been released from a Florida jail, 12 days after she was acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter.
Anthony got into an SUV after leaving the Orange County Jail in Orlando early Sunday morning, leaving in the company of her attorney Jose Baez.

You watched the trial, but you were NOT in the jury box. You saw things and heard things that they did not see or hear. You heard opinions which were not presented at trial. They did not.

I didn’t and I would have convicted her and been a hold out.
But then again, I’m never picked for jury duty, I use logic and intellect and never make it past voir dire. Don’t get me wrong, I would LOVE to serve, but I won’t perjurer myself to get on a jury.
I was even blackballed from US District Court because I had so many of the jury pool agreeing with me during the process. It was a deportation case.
Remember that they had to be imported from Tampa,
so naturally they’d be anxious for the opportunity
to finally get back home and back with their families and their life after nearly 2 months.
Yet .. they were legally charged with such a serious mission. If they couldn’t see it fully and professionally through to the end, they should have excused themselves from it altogether.
The short deliberation time for such a complicated circumstantial case says a lot.
It’s the heartless and vile talk them and the jury system all together.

The jury system is crap, even my lawyer husband says so. But it is better than any other options so we are stuck with it.
However, defense attorneys WORK at getting the stupidest people on the jury, the ones with no opinions, who just go along to get along, and pride themselves on being ‘open minded’.
My husband did his internship in criminal law and said NEVER again because of what he saw regarding juries and jury selection. He refuses to take any crim law cases in our general practice.

Sorry but I’ll disagree....this whole exit was completely and enitrely staged. Casey’s been well coached on what expressions to carry off...and she has no difficulty complying with her history of doing just that in whatever circumstances she may find herself in.
I guess I should of said “Vehicle” then there would be no silly dispute over the get-a-way vehicle.
Casey’s mind does not work as most peoples IMO...and I certainly won’t be believing her attorney’s take on Casey’s status....this is all being played for the media.
Her laughter having made it to the van. IMO was exactly the Casey who was happy to be free and clear of that prison. Regardless of the crowd outside which she was fully aware awaited her....obviously all the police and prison guards she was completely aware of..and there for a reason...she was not out of tune with their purpose.
Fear? Not in this instance..ImO. and we all have them don’t we?
I’ll bet the media is celebrating today at how easy it was for them to create the lynch mob mentality over the Casey Anthony verdict and double/triple their tv ratings. Chaney Mason had it right when he said “media assasination.”Yes, true! I find it disturbing how folks can rapidly (or rabidly?) hate on Casey Anthony, regardless of whether she killed her child or not. And that's [in big part] the fault of the media.
Those who defend this jury reason that since it was a jury, and they did come to a decision, then “the system worked.”

That is true of the Salem Witch Trails also. How many who are defending this jury would defend those?
the male juror..he was rational, intelligent and thoughtful. It sure appeared they took this seriously and followed the law. Like it or not, this jury deeserves credit for doing their job.

Many of us got the same message. The account has already been banned. Shame, I would have liked to let the kitties play with the troll for a bit.
Which is the main area I believe needs to be changed. I really don't have a good understanding of how a jury is chosen but what I do know is as much work is spent on that selection ,by attorneys, as is sometimes the case itself.
This jury was incompetent for such a task as this trial presented. Their personal backgrounds were certainly questionable in even having the gray matter to arrive at a conclusion....rather they were easily misled by the stronger jurors once the manipulation began...and I do believe it was not a matter of investigation the evidence, rather determining 'who' they felt was guilty and deliberation of....very disturbing they even went that route, which was not their task.
Get rid of your TeeVee, and you'll be free of the Mental Puppetmasters. I'm 6 years clean. I watch DVDs, but nothing else.
It's freaking great. I see things like this, and wonder what other strings the Puppetmasters are jerking on anyone who has TeeVee.

Awwww, the poor little thing. I hope she is scared and upset every day for the rest of her life.
She won’t be missed? This woman will be under a microscope for the rest of her days.

Yes, and what about all of those women who knowingly kill their unborn children and it is just sort of hush hush? This woman is and will suffer, unless she no longer has a conscience; in which case I have pity for her.
He has been harassing a lot of us, even some of the casey defenders, lol.
