haha. You said it. I can always tell when someone doesn't know what the hell they are talking about. They can't state it simply for the common man or woman. I am a talker and have a hard time at times with summary, but when I know something no matter how complicated, I can generally summarize it at a minimum with a metaphor or a close simile in a worst case scenario.

This guy is just blowing smoke and large plumes of it. Like all great con artists . . . confuse 'em with your words. Swindle 'em with you lengthy siren song.

Absolutely right!

Another pet peeve is a refusal to answer a simple yes or no question. A lot of times you will get a six paragraph reply that doesn't address the question that was asked. It's an answer designed to muddle rather than clarify.
