I’ve already clarified where I stand on service dogs. If your blind or physically in need of one. By all means bring it in.
However, you have no “right” to bring a dog in to a McDonald’s ;)
I suppose it is how you define "rights". If a service dog is required federal "law" provides that one can be brought into an eating establishment. Whether that is technically a right or a privilege is a difference without a distinction.
