Who took that picture??? It must have been from a helicopter? Why didn’t they stop him?

All this just does not fit. I read that the kids were assembled to be “addressed” by the “policeman”. The pictures of the van and two huddled groups and this one of them at the edge of the water don’t seem to fit. The account the young girl gave mentions the buildings..... It appears there were no adults, no one in charge of these kids.

Apparently the Helo had no idea what they were seeing when they took the video.
Some of it is slowly being leaked out.

Do you think all helicopters are armed? Or do you think they should have made a kamikaze crash on top of him?

The latter might actually have been a good idea if it had stopped him. Of course, if somehow you missed him you would be dead for nothing.
