...they already reported his tweeter and facebook page was set up just a couple weeks before he carried this out with the idea this happening would occur and knowledge that facebook and tweeter would be looked at.

Of course it can. I know a private investigator that does them all the time. Then he friends the person or friends of the person he is trying to get information on. It usually works. He he’s done hundreds of fake facebook and twitter accounts, all completely bogus.
