Obama is wearying of this. He wants to get it over with.

He wants it over before Ramadan starts 8/1.

“Boehner and McConnell should have forced these negotiations into the Senate, where it properly belongs.”

Exactly right. The -resident should not be in attendance until the budget bill introduced by the House and ratified by the Senate, appears on his desk for his signature.

With the budget parade passing him by, he might echo the whining words of Billy Jeff Clintoon after the Republicans took the House in ‘94, “I am still relevant!”, much to the embarrassment of the Democrat Party.

The way I read it,There was there was like a Trillion in NEW Tax Revenue,This added!

The Republican plan (Cut Cap & Balance) didn't contain any new taxes. It was formulated to reconfigure the existing tax code in ways that would result in an $800 billion increase in revenues without raising tax rates. I believe one provision called for the elimination of some tax breaks ($800 billion worth?), which I suppose could be considered a tax increase.

It's all been pretty confusing, hasn't it?

In a nutshell, the Republicans stuck to their guns, and wrote the sort of bill that the American people have been demanding. It could have been called the Live Within Your Means bill, so naturally, Harry Reid tabled it without allowing debate, or for the bill to get through the normal process. My heavens, it might have passed!

I’ll believe it when the final deal happens. The GOP has yanked the football away too many times. This is not the time to fawn over them, if the WaPo is doing it, it’s bad for the GOP and for the country.

Even as a Muslim, he does not need to fast during daylight hours because it’s OK for him to lie and deny his faith as long as it advances Islam. Moochelle doesn’t have to because I don’t think she’s Muslim.

The President lacks authority to act. He agreed and then when he was raked over the coals for doing so reneged.

Some one behind the curtain is pulling Obama’s strings. He is not his own man

There are a lot of problems in going along with Mr. Obama and his opinions about ‘enhanced enforcement’ to the tune of a Trillion or so dollars.
An increase in taxes is an increase in taxes....and so on.
It is all savings that could be used for investment that is diverted to government transfer payments for privileged groups.
An increase in taxes in Mr. Obamas crippled economy is like throwing a brick to a drowning man.
If the Republicans could man up and get some general tax reductions, not just for buddies of Obama or themselves, then the ‘enhanced enforcement’ might not just make the situation worse.

I hope so.
I hope he is feeling peaked and has to take a lie down.
I hope Moochelle screeches at him all weekend while his head aches.

Obama is wearying of this. He wants to get it over with.

Pretending to be a President of the U.S. is hard work.

This reminds me of something my wife's friend once said:

"Complying with those (Biblical) Ten Commandments is REALLY HARD!"

My wife replied, "So which ones are you having the worst time obeying?"

Owww.. LOL! That’s got to be miserable, to say the least! Then he could go crawling to ‘big sis’ Valerie Jarrett; she’ll comfort him. Or, will she not? She’s Michelle’s friend. So maybe she won’t!

“Boehner now has left the White House on the sidelines, has his troops in order and can craft a deal with the Senate. At this point, the Senate Democrats who have never put forth a plan of any type must be desperate for a deal.....”

If this be the case, it’s a sure bet Chuck(y) Schumer is deeply invested in the Senate opposing ‘strategy’, which if it goes south, will find Schumer first to the tall grass. Boehner needs to hold it together like never before.

What is enhanced enforcement of the tax code? Those are some scary words.

I agree completely. It sounds downright fascist, in fact.

“Didn’t [Obama] claim to teach a class on constitutional law?”

That is the claim. But I read one of his actual ‘Constitutional Law’ exam questions on line, and the Constitution was nowhere to be found in it. It was all about two fine, upstanding, brilliant, hardworking, successful, monogamous male homosexual lovebirds—Richard and Michael—who wanted to get married and raise a family.

Draw your own conclusions.

PS: Oh, and the grammar was atrocious.
