I read a bit of his “book” he explains everything. Down to the world-of-warkraft as a cover bit. It’s all a ruse. The fertilizer was for sugarbeet farm he “started up”, buying it at the right time after researching it, after creating a business plan he edited of the internet, even goes into which software he used to edit it. He claims to be part of the knights of Templar re-founded in 2002. It is well detailed and a scary read. He goes into how to train and build his armor and what kind of music to listen to.
As for his cash, he worked a bit of office jobs to accumulate about 30k. Then started a company and paid himself for 4 months on the books and then applied for multiple credit cards and got a ton of credit. He even detailed how he researched what credit companies used what banks so that he would avoid applying at the same place so as to not set any triggers.
That doesn’t matter. Norway has a population 5 million compared to 312 million in the US. So that’s 62 times lower. Now multiply the number of victims by that “smaller” number of 74 victims. It’s 4588 ! About 3000 got killed on 911 in the US. For norway this is more then a tragedy ! It’s norways 911.
My point wasn’t the percentage killed, my point was how do they come up with a larger death count then all of a sudden it get lowered. Raised I understand, lowered doesn’t make sense unless they are just guessing and not reporting facts.
And this wasn’t a muzzie attack so 9/11 isn’t a good analogy. A better analogy would be the OKC bombing.
I think that the killer wanted in part to point out how idiotic EVERYTHING that comes from the liberals is, including the criminal code.
Initial death reports are always WRONG. You need at least 24 hours to get an accurate list of who was in the area, who was accounted for (alive and dead), and who was missing.
Then you check for double entries in both categories.
Remember, a lot of kids dove into the river to escape the shooting. Some were killed on the shore or in shallow waters. Those who might have escaped to deeper waters would not have turned up immediately because they might have swam to the mainland or had been picked up by a boat.
When they got to land, then they would report to some authority to say that they were alive. Also, they would tell the police who they saw killed, wounded, or who might have been killed (i.e. sank beneath the waters and did not surface - but could have without being seen. Thus a double entry situation).
Be glad that he figure was revised down, not up. So many innocent people killed by a nut. Every life saved is a blessing.
They gave Yasser Arafat the Nobel peace Prize for the exact same thing.

Maybe they just counted some victims twice in the chaos.
I think the one local coroner had way too much to do then he could stand. Maybe he got simply confused: “Did i already add the 5 bodies they just delivered ?”
Socialized medicine. Some of the dead didn't meet the standards of "dead" so they were just sent home and told to take an aspirin.
Possibly, or possibly it is just sloppy reporting of rumors rather than waiting for actual numbers.
Never discount the media’s attempt to get the scoop rather than the facts.
I watched the suspect’s video and he has a perspective that a majority of Europeans probably would agree with.
However, his decision to turn violent completely ruins his message.
The Labor Party is trying to hide and sugar coat the number of deaths just like Communist China is keeping the number of deaths of the bullet train crash low. The Labor Party is no different from Communist China!
74 doesn’t sound better. It’s way too many people to imagine how they got killed.
Never said it sounded better, and I agree it is too many people, but one would be too many.
My gripe is it looks like sloppy police/coroner work or media that cares more about a story than people.
