“African Americans who believe the president’s measures helped the economy has plunged from 77% to barely half.”

I think this is meaningless because they will still vote for Hussein.

Yup....they will use the same reasoning that the right will use when voting for the "less than optimal" repub/rino/conser/tparty candidate. To wit:

"Well, at least he's black like me, and I'd rather hold my nose and vote for him over that "whitey" from the other side." (or words to that effect.)

Those who vote will still vote for the poseur. But the more disgusted they get, the more likely they are to just stay home on election day. The next best thing to a lib voting conservative is a lib not voting at all.

I don’t agree. Black folks are faring worst of all demographics b/c of Obama. I do not believe they will turn out for him. Not voting is more likely.

Switching parties = 2 votes, but staying home, still = 1 vote. They don’t have to vote for you, for you to win. They just have to stay home.

"meaningless"

As are many job-approval polls. Because some potential voter doesn't like the way the present inhabitant is doing doesn't mean they'll vote for someone else. They'll say he or she is still better than some icky Republican. A majority of Americans still blame Bush for the economy. That bodes big trouble for Pubbies in 2012.
