Coming away from it, I pretty much determined he’d carry a Remington 870 shotgun, if he could, as pistols are pretty well useless for immediatley stopping a threat (which is the goal).
The “Judge” (pistol) with 3” .410’s and a few 45 colts would probably give cause to debate your statement.

I didn’t think it was that well written compared to other studies I’ve seen. A lot of opinion with little data to back it up.

Using rifles, of course. That long barrel is critical not only for accuracy but velocity.
