That's not the point. They do not recognize the Constitution as a governing document. You can scream it's restraints on government all you like. They'll ignore you. You cannot use it to fight someone that does not see it as valid. I already asked you how many times Obama has ignored the Constitution. You didn't answer. Almost everything that Obama and his marxist friends have done is unconstitutional. Tell me they care.
