Everyone starts sounding and acting like Democrats in the Senate. Cuts are going to hurt and deep cuts are going to hurt badly. The cut talked about so far are just superficial but it's a start, not something I heard 30 days ago. The GSEs bought all the bad paper from the banks and now the taxpayers are stuck with it. The paper collateral Sallie and Freddie is holding is worthless. Government subsidies out of your life seems scary but more than worth the price of freedom.
