I think what has changed was last night’s non-vote. The Tea Partiers did not fall for it. This means that any bill from the senate, crafted by Reid, will also not pass.
I predict that August 2 will come and go with no bill. This if the House barely passed a Boenher bill with the Balanced Budget Admendment, it will not pass the crap that Reid and McConnell will put together.
