His wife survived though, didn’t she? I remember reading lots about the fire, the “investigation,” etc. The whole thing was awful.
Yes, his wife was not hurt except for the trauma she suffered. The fire was contained in one small area. It was sudden and surely had some kind of explosive element. The sad thing is it was never solved.
