Are you her campaign manager as I think you better let her know you speak for her and know her inner thoughts. See post 218 and the fact that Palin said that she would be Romney’s VP.
He was quoting Palin. So you are calling her a liberal?
Palin was simply supporting the Republican in a gubnatorial election where the opponent was unthinkable.
Don’t make it into something.
You are very politically naive.
We are Palinistas. Get it right.
Well, some of us are Palinissimos...
You’re exactly right. A state cannot impose its own immigration and deportation laws. Check with Jan Brewer. Don’t you stick your finger in my face and lay that hogwash on me. I’m as conservative as anyone on here. And a lot more reasonable than many.
He's smart. You aren't.
No he wasn’t. Sarah supports Rick Perry.
Sarah supports Rick Perry.
That’s evident by the things I posted that Palin said about Perry in her letter of 2-09 when she endorsed him for governor.
Listen Pal, just b/c YOU believe in lawlessness, don’t expect anyone else here to join your caravan. YOU believe that states should remain helpless in dealing with their own crimes and pathologies if the Marxists in the White House bellow. We don’t believe in the Communist way, Mik. I despise Obama and Holder, and the whole statist bunch. How about you? Bob
If the Failure said that you couldn’t have a gun in your own home to defend yourself, would you acquiesce, or would you tell the Punk to get lost? Arizona is fighting to defend itself. Guys like you and Perry capitulate like rabbits in an eagle’s talons. Bob
Rick Perry is the biggest champion of states' rights and the 10th amendment of any candidate in this race, if he gets in. You and I are on the same page, believe it or not. Not sure where you're from, I'm a native Texan and illegal aliens bother me as bad as the next guy. Perry is pro-gun, pro-life, a hunter/fisherman, and ex-rancher with an agriculture degree, and former Air Force pilot. Never served in any role in D.C. or national politics.
I think when you study his immigration position, he's had to walk a very fine line. You know it wasn't but a few years ago when Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter were in the forefront leading a presidential bid and hardcore to the right on immigration policy. Notice they got their butts handed to them.
Fell off the planet, far as I can tell. Tancredo ran for Governor of Colorado as I recall, and got speared in the back.
A smart politician has to tread carefully and Perry has.
I carry a gun at work every day. I supported Arizona and cringed when they got overturned by a liberal federal circuit court out of San Francisco. But in hindsight, Perry had it right. Smart enough to avoid that situation. I'd just tell you he's really practical. Good sense of judgment. I'd love for TX and AZ to BOTH have that law on the books.
I do not understand your point. Just b/c some screwball Communist judge overturns sensible law doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t fight the bastards with ferocity. Bob
One more point, Mik. SOMEONE must attack these lawless executive tyrants Failure and Holder. Perry had his chance during this debate, and he chose to “tread carefully”. Palin uses her scalpel skillfully and intelligently without hesitation, and I love that. Bob
