I had an epiphany last night w/Gov. Palin—her ‘waiting’ (why I didn’t see this before). Its was/is her outstanding ethics suits. Once those have been cleared, she is clear to run (and win!!!)

She even mentioned “legal issues!” Hannity then tried to ask her but she played it close to her chest!
