Obviously that didn't poll as well as "TeaParty downgrade" so that's who they're holding accountable. MoveOn, David Axelrod, John Kerry said so.
I'm not really a quotes person but Reagan said it best when he compared government to a big baby: huge appetite at one end, no sense of responsibility at the other.
I've never seen a Democratic party this unwilling to accept responsibility for anything. All they do is hold back, attack Republican plans, show no cards and deflect blame.
