Based on the released photo of the perp shot by police, he appears to have been from the Caribbean. Perhaps he was one of the Jamaican “posse” criminal gangs that infest the UK.

It would seem that the UK is so interested in appearing “diverse” and “nonjudgmental” that they have completely lost all vision of civilized society and the rule of law. This has been replaced by a barbarian society where the thugs are granted “rights” to do anything they want at the expense of the innocent majority — so long as the actions of the thugs don't affect the privileged elites running things. If those paths cross, the elites will squash the thugs like bugs. Meanwhile, all the non-thug citizens of the UK live in a state that's owned and operated by a select few of elites and statists.
