I've heard from a "highly placed, senior wh official" who spoke to me on the condition of total anonimity...that the stain's T-I-C (teleprompter-in-chief) has a bad head cold.
However, he/she/it assured me that the stain's regularly scheduled lying will continue momentarily.

Cancelling Carney’s press briefing is IMO more meaningfulthan the haloed one cancelling an appearance. Thta can mean that something of import is in the works and it could signal an all hands on deck WH today.
