It is so astounding how many on FR are determined to bring down Gov. Perry, a fabulous candidate who can defeat Obama next year. In fact, they are doing nothing but HELPING Obama get re-elected.
I see nothing wrong with that bill.......no one should be discriminated against. If you are a Christian, would you prefer to be discriminated against because of your faith? It isn’t a one-sided street, folks.
What many of us love about Gov. Perry so much is that he can bring so many people from all parts of the GOP together and also win over the independents, in addition to sharing conservative values!

It is not all that surprising. We have a group of true believers who value style and entertainment over substance. Expect it to get worse. Expect a purge if Palin announces.
Too much TeeVee and to many movies. Too much dreaming of the knight(ess) on the white horse to ride forth to slay dragons. Not enough reality.
Conservative must find the most conservative candidate who can WIN. Today, that candidate is Rick Perry. Is he the perfect candidate for the 100 percenters? Nope. Can the 100 percenters heart throbs beat Obama? Also, Nope.
Of course, this IS the Internet and a very small, if hot, corner of it. Keep your eye on the Big Picture. See where the money goes.

Secondly, any conservative knows that hate crime legislation is BS and nothing but pandering to minorities. I can not think of any crime that is motivated by love and a minority’s life is no more valuable than mine.
