I do apologize for thinking that you were drunk on Jack Daniels. After digesting some more of your posts, I think that you are clearly on something a lot lower shelf than JD.
I agree with you that West’s votes stink, and IMO, no matter how he justifies them, the point is that he is voting in opposition to the will of the people in his district.
I’m sorry that he’s not 100% pro life. And you’re right, it’s the votes on the House floor that count.
And voting no on repealing Obamacare because other issues are more pressing? I’m astounded at that one! Did he try to speak before the Rules Committee, or talk things over with Boehner, which would have been the appropriate ways to deal with these concerns? A no vote doesn’t register an opinion that the bill shouldn’t have been presented on the floor.
I don’t see West as being a conservative.
