President Obamas newest job approval ratings: 32 percent give him a thumbs up, unfortunately ending the summer with the lowest approval ratings of his presidency, says Regina Corso of Harris Poll, which tallied the dismal numbers.

Ouch. What were Bush’s lowest numbers? Whatever they were, this is flirting with them.
Until we get news of Obama's resignation and deportation this is about the best we can expect.
I’m not certain, but I think it was 36. So in the race to the bottom of the pool, Obama is winning. ;>)
I wonder when the tipping point gets reached where in order to “save” leftism the Rats decide they need to jettison Obama. There are rumblings out there now from the left - we are beginning to hear them all over. When do they decide they can’t rehabilitate Obama and need to save their own “phoney baloney” jobs?
Gallup polled Bush at 25% near the end of his presidency, Rasmussen 32%. Keep in mind, Obama is still maintaining most of his base, Bush a large portion of his base.

What’s interesting to note is that Obama’s strongly disapprove number (Rasmussen) has been as high as Bush’s ever was for some time—42%.
Thank you for the correction. I should never rely on my memory anymore... I should have looked it up. ;>)
Bush was at 28% at the end of his term. http://www.harrisinteractive.com/vault/Harris-Interactive-Poll-Research-Final-Bush-Rating-2009-01.pdf

Unfortunately? No bias there.
My guess/fear is that they will have him assassinated, blame it on the Tea Party/conservatives and use his bloody corpse to ram through the rest of his/their agenda.
He does keep saying he is a modern Lincoln/Kennedy...
I only knew because Laura Ingrahm quoted the 36% last night and the Gallup editor she was interviewing corrected. The Gallup editor also discribed Obama’s falling poll numbers as “depressing,” but seemed quite gleeful to point out that Bush’s Gallup numbers were in the 20’s. His bias was evident during the discussion of the numbers.
I am of the opinion that we should not to give as much weight to these disapproval numbers as we would were he a Republican.
Regardless of their current level of dissatisfaction, most of the Democrats will still go to the polls and pull the lever for an incumbent lib they dislike over any Republican. Their polled level of unhappiness for Obama will not stop them from voting for him.
FDR said it of Anastasio Somoza: He’s a son of bitch, but he’s MY son of a bitch.
Yes, he was beyond the realm of normal men - he was 'sent' to save us.
Yeah.
Then dems and the MSM give us a guy who can't talk without a teleprompter unless it's about sports...The reality and the promise were so far apart if was like buying a Yugo after being told it's a beamer...
Are we going to buy another used car from dems? Gimme a break. One lemon lie is enough. If they switch to Hillary it'll mean they knew they were tricking us about Obama - it's wasn't a mistake - they were trying to take us. We won't buy from them again. If dems switch to Hillary, we'll clean up every race in the country...
That “whopping” 32% approval rating must come from the Welfare ghetto groups! Most lower middle class people can’t stand him and are working like dogs to keep their heads above water for they are proud and industrious enough to do without a lot of things in order to feed and clothe their families. Many are are too ashamed to expect the government to take care of them.
Yes, my guess too is that they are likely stuck with Obama this time around...hell, even Carter fought off Kennedy successfully and the bed they made with Obama is really something of a trap out of a nightmare: If they try to force Obama out the black vote walks (they stay home) out of pique and the Rats fall everywhere. But from the commentary of the last few days I don’t think the Rats are happy at all with the state of affairs and are looking for “an out” to fall out of the sky.
If not via your scenario, then via massive poll intimidation/violence next November - with an equally massive non-response by the gutless/complicit 'authorities'.
Anyone not armed by then is a fool.

This business will get out of control .. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it
You're right, dems have to stay with Obama. Blacks that sit home will not be coming back for a looooong time. When they stay home it effects other smaller races - closely contested contests will go Republican. Then again, keeping Obama means dems will continue to lose large groups of white voters.
He's a divider - they should have known better.
