Okay, where do we go from here? I despise Brown. Give it to Warren to get rid of Brown. Later get rid of Warren? Thoughts?

Conservatives in Massachusetts may well vote for Brown as the lesser of two evils. But I doubt very much that he will get a repeat of all those big donations from conservatives all over the country next time.

The two main motivations—to take back the Kennedy seat and to elect a pickup-driving conservative—will no longer be there.

There will be other races and better candidates on whom people will prefer to spend their money, especially out-of-staters.

Elizabeth Warren? Wow, just today I saw videos of her.

She is an Oklahoma girl....here she is on the collapse of the middle class.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akVL7QY0S8A

Until the end of July 2011 she was on obama’s TARP council.
In 2009 she said “To restore some basic sanity to the financial system, we need two central changes: fix broken consumer-credit markets and end guarantees for the big players that threaten our entire economic system. If we get those two key parts right, we can still dial the rest of the regulation up and down as needed. But if we don’t get those two right, I think the game is over. I hate to sound alarmist, but that’s how I feel about this.”

Frankly, I think she is a common sense American that has just had her first taste of how Washington really works....

Are you say a fat 58 year old white guy or what?
Joke its a joke.

Do not waste a dime on Brown. Spend your money in the NE MT OH FL ND MO WI senate races where you can get a conservative and not a rhino. Let MA to twist in the wind.

“Okay, where do we go from here?”

Let’s play the “if” game.

What if obuma gets re-elected? What if Brown represents the 67th vote to overide any obuma veto? Would it be wise to throw him out?

We need to look at history. After the 1866 election, Thadeus Stevens and the Radical Republicans had big enough majorities to overide any vetoes by Andrew Johnson, the VP who succeeded Lincoln after the assassination.

The Radical Republicans had enough votes to effectively strip Johnson of various executive presidential powers, including Commander in Chief of the armed forces. The “Radicals” not only controlled the military, they also controlled the judiciary. They passed laws forbidding the judiciary to rule on various aspects of the Reconstruction legislation.

Controlling the senate can be a complete checkmate against obuma if he wins re-election.

The citizens of Massachussetts and the Tea Party in particular have a tough call to make. Do you go with lofty principle or with hard-nose practicality?

I am MUCH more bothered by lefties such as Lindsey Graham in conservative South Carolina that by squishy Republicans in libtard Mass.

Why can’t the Tea Party find someone to support in the primary against both Warren and Brown?

If the Tea Party is smart, we’d welcome Scott Brown to run away from us, stick his thumb in our eyes, and generally put us down. He can then be re-elected in Mass and continue to vote 3/4 of the time in our favor on the most critical conservative issues.

I currently reside in Massachusetts: the choices for Senate are Full-on-Marxists totalitarian scum or RINO. Not pretty. I am a registered R and vote R except when I write my own name in.

Brown hasn't done much different than what we expected. He is a NE coast Republican...to us in Texas that's a dem. But he has a R after his name gives the republicans in the senate one more R...he paraded around saying I'll be the 41st vote before the 2010 elections it ended not meaning much since...he voted with dems a lot. This is the best you're goin' get out of MA...

NOW...when a Republican was elected to DC after Teddy died from MA...it was HUGE against the left...let's not forget that. I'm still glad that happened.

"Give it to Warren to get rid of Brown"

Great idea! Let's elect someone who looks and acts like Rosa Kleb and politically makes Mao look like a John bircher.

With respect, I think we can do better than this specimen.

I will never support Brown and I will tell anyone who asks not to support Brown. He used the Tea Party and then threw them to the curb. I say let him fight for himself and lose, then he’ll feel what it’s like to be betrayed......

I can see the formerly grand old party’s new bumper sticker now:

“Yeah, we suck, but we could always suck even worse! Vote Republican!”
