I spent a lot of time over there and They needed led from the get go,these are not people you see at the local grocery store or neighbors, they are a small step above animals!
But they were led, and they made some good steps. I wouldn’t bet the farm that they’ll degenerate down to abject savagery again. But then again, you’ve been there. I hope you’re wrong.
