I am thinking it was during an on-going news conference for an unrelated issue, during the event earlier....I just caught the tail end of the report as the news conference quickly ended as the room shook.

AM / FM radio seemed to be effected for a period of time. Back to full coverage currently, no outages of AM / FM stations.
