If a few idiots, and we all know that the idiots consist mainly of young blacks, get ventilated, then they will reconsider where they go to riot, steal, and assault people.

Retreat and call 911? The point of these flash mobs is to do their (racist) damage and get away before the cops can respond. And most of the authorities are openly admitting they can’t do anything about it. You can’t retreat and 911 is worthless. Yet this police captain is critical of people that don’t want to be brutalized.
