Chief Rhoades calls the flash mob “children”, you call them “thugs”. There is only one way to find out who is correct.

The next time a flash mob is reported, Chief Rhoades should answer the call, alone and unarmed.

After the Chief gets out of the hospital, ask him if his opinion has changed.
