Agree. I am not posting on this thread anymore. But since it is for storm info I just spoke with my sister in Maryland and my niece in NJ, that lives 2 miles from the beach. No winds near hurricane strength, lots of rain.
I think Irene has died this hour, but leaves a real mess and a non-cohesive broken storm front drifting almost aimlessly. Be interesting to see if the purveyors of weather-godism post the validations of their models.
